From this year, in addition to the real exhibition, we will hold an online exhibition at the same time.
The following projects will be held at the online exhibition.

About Exhibitor Area

• All exhibitors are divided into categories.
  You can browse exhibitors in the fields you are interested in.

  

• After selecting a category, a list of exhibitors will be displayed with banners.
  Clicking on the banner will take you to each exhibitor's page.

  

• At the bottom of the page, you can find our free word, category, field, YOKOHAMA Real Exhibition, and exhibitor name search functions.
  
  In the free word search function, enter keywords, product, or Technologies to find exhibitors relevant to your interests.
  If you are looking for a specific company, enter the name in the exhibitor name search function to find it as quickly as possible.
  If you are looking for information about specific categories or fields, use either the category or field search functions.
  Take advantage of these sophisticated search functions to uncover new companies and make new discoveries.
  
  You can also see a complete list of exhibitors by clicking the “All Exhibitors” button to the bottom of the search box.

• Meetings

  During the exposition, you can arrange meetings with exhibitors either at PACIFICO Yokohama or online. Apply for a meeting slot by specifying your preferred date and time. Once your application has been approved, the exhibitor will send an email to your registered address.
  If you have asked to meet at PACIFICO Yokohama, come to the exhibitor’s booth by the arranged time.
  Join online meetings by clicking on the link in the email.

  

• Exhibitor and product inquiries

  Use the inquiry form on the exhibitor pages to contact exhibitors with questions or points of interest.
  You can also use the inquiry forms on the product/service viewing pages to comment or ask questions about specific products.
  Responses from exhibitors will be sent to your registered email address.
  Please don’t hesitate to use these inquiry services.

  

• Questionnaire

  There is a questionnaire on each exhibitor's page.
  Please take a moment to fill out the questionnaire and let them know what you think of the exhibitor's page and what technologies and products you are interested in.

  

• Chat function

  Use the chat function to communicate with the exhibitor in real time and have a conversation just as if you were at the venue in person.

  

• Favorites function

  Enter exhibitors or product exhibits into your favorites list to help you review which exhibitor and product pages you found interesting or to check out the latest information.

  No, it is not necessary. If you register as a visitor, you will be able to attend each lecture without a reservation.

• How do I audit a workshop?

  There are different ways to listen to the workshops for each video.
  Some videos can be listened to by clicking on the play page, while others require an application for auditing.
  If you need to apply for auditing, please follow the instructions on the page to apply for auditing.
  If you are able to attend, you will receive an e-mail from the exhibitor at a later date.
  You can watch the workshop from the URL in the e-mail.

• I’d like to attend a meeting. Can you tell me how?

  You can book a meeting through the “Meetings” link on the exhibitor information pages.
  Depending on the exhibitor, you can select wither a technical meeting at PACIFICO Yokohama or an online meeting.
  Select your preferred date and time, and follow the information described on the page.
  Once your application has been approved, the exhibitor will send an email to your registered address.
  
  If you have asked to meet at PACIFICO Yokohama, come to the exhibitor’s booth by the arranged time.

• Are there any prohibited items when viewing videos?

  All lectures, technical information briefings, workshops, and exhibitors Duplication of video recordings, audio recordings, screen captures, or other secondary use such as reprinting or quotation is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken if this is discovered.

• About Viewing Videos and Downloading Materials

  You can view the videos and download the materials at any time during the exhibition. However, use by anyone other than the logged-in account holder is strictly prohibited.
