Registration is now open for the AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING EXPOSITION 2027

Starting in 2027, which marks the 80th anniversary of our association’s founding,
this exhibition will be renamed the “AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING EXPOSITION.”
In addition to electrification and digitalization,
the automotive industry is undergoing significant transformation through convergence with diverse fields such as AI,　
telecommunications, semiconductors, robotics, next-generation energy, and aerospace.
The scope of mobility is rapidly expanding beyond transportation itself to include logistics, local communities, energy, and well-being.
In light of these changes, our association has designated 2027 the year
we celebrate our 80th anniversary as a year of transformation.
By broadening our focus from “cars” to “mobility,” we will not only deepen the automotive technologies that have supported us thus far but also
actively incorporate technologies and insights from new fields to contribute to the further development of the mobility industry.
Furthermore, while collaborating with new exhibitors,
we are committed to making every effort as the Organizer to ensure the success of this exhibition,
which is one of our most important events.
We intend to dedicate even greater effort to this as the Organizer to ensure the success of this exhibition,

The exhibition, now under its new name, will be held from Wednesday, May 26 – Friday, May 28, 2027, at PACIFICO Yokohama,
and from Wednesday, July 21, – Friday, July 23, at Aichi Sky Expo.
Furthermore, as with this year’s event, the online exhibition will be organized in conjunction with the Yokohama exhibition (STAGE 1) and the Nagoya exhibition (STAGE 2),
with the aim of driving attendance at the on-site exhibitions and fostering further interaction with Visitors.

We therefore kindly ask for your consideration regarding participation in the 2027 exhibition.

Application Period Begins: Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM
Yokohama Exhibition Deadline: Friday, January 8, 2027, at 5:00 PM
Deadline for the Nagoya Exhibition: Friday, February 19, 2027, at 5:00 PM
Preliminary Deadline for Online Registration: Around early March 2027 *Applications will still be accepted after the preliminary deadline.
