FAQPlease read the following before making an inquiry

  1. When will the expositions be held?

    The Yokohama exposition will be held over three days from Wednesday, May 26 to Friday, May 28, 2021. It will be held from 10:00 to 18:00 on May 26 and May 27, and from 10:00 to 17:00 on May 28.
    The NAGOYA Exposition will be held over three days from Wednesday, June 30 to Friday, July 2, 2021. It will be held from 10:00 to 18:00 on June 30 and July 1, and from 10:00 to 17:00 on July 2.
    * The above holding time may be subject to change.
    The ONLINE Exposition will be held from Wednesday, May 26 to Friday, July 30, 2021.



    This year's exhibition in YOKOHAMA & NAGOYA has been cancelled.
    Some events will be held at the ONLINE Exposition.

  2. What are the fees for entering the venues or visiting the expositions?

    The exposition is free of charge for visitors.

  3. Is online registration required before coming to the venues?

    Pre-registration is mandatory.
    To help prevent the spread of infection, registrations will not be accepted on the day.

  4. Can groups pre-register online?

    To help prevent the spread of infection, group applications will not be accepted this year. Thank you for your understanding.
    We ask that visitors come to the venues as individuals.

  5. How is media coverage of the expositions being carried out?

    We will provide a dedicated reception area for the media on the day. Press badges can be picked up here.

  6. How can items lost during at the venues be recovered?

    During the expositions, lost or found items will be managed by the Exposition Office.
    After the exposition period, please contact Portmesse Nagoya.

  7. Is photography permitted at the venues?

    Unless otherwise stated, photography is permitted at the venues. However, photography may be restricted in some areas.
    These areas will be clearly signposted. Visitors should follow these signs or ask the exhibitor for confirmation.
