FAQ

1. When will the expositions be held?

   The Yokohama exposition will be held over three days from Wednesday, May 21 to Friday, May 23, 2025.
   It will be held from 10:00 to 18:00 on May 21 and May 22, and from 9:00 to 16:00 on May 23.
   ONLINE STAGE 1 will be held on Online Exposition Website from Wednesday, May 14 to Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
   * The above holding time may be subject to change.

2. Entry Method

   ＜Please make sure to register for your visit in advance.＞
   For attendees: After completing pre-registration on this site, open the "Admission Certificate" from the URL attached to the email, print it in color on A4 size paper, and bring it with you.
   On the day of the event, place it in the clear folder provided at the venue and have the QR code on the "Admission Certificate" scanned.
   For exhibitors: Please refer to the exhibitor's guide for detailed information.

3. Is online registration required before coming to the venues?

   Pre-registration is mandatory.
   Registrations will not be accepted on the day.

4. Can groups pre-register online?

   Group applications will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
   We ask that visitors come to the venues as individuals.

5. Is photography permitted at the venues?

   Unless otherwise stated, photography is permitted at the venues. However, it may be restricted in some areas.
   These areas will be clearly signposted. Visitors should follow these signs or ask the exhibitor for confirmation.
   Photographs and videos taken at the event may not be used for commercial purposes.
   (Except for news reports, articles, personal use, and publication in in-house PR magazines.)

6. Is there a rest area inside PACIFICO Yokohama?

   A rest area will be provided in the pilotis next to Exhibition Hall D, so please feel free to use it.

7. How can I make a reservation for a Presentation?

   Please make a reservation in advance through the Visitor My Page.
