Information about smoking areas

▪︎ 【Smoking manners】

Cigarette butts, plastic bottles, and empty cans are frequently discarded on the receiving docks and driveways on the first floor by contractors involved in setting up or removing booths. This has led to many negative comments and complains from the venue organizers.
Exhibitors are expected to communicate closely with their contractors to ensure good manners in this respect.

▪︎ 【Smoking areas】

Smoking is limited to the following designated areas. Exhibitors are expected to properly communicate this information to their contractors.
In addition, unless otherwise stated, smoking and the use of naked flames are prohibited within the Exposition Hall in accordance with the Fire Service Act and the Exposition rules.

* If anyone is caught smoking outside a designated area, the exhibitor to which the person belongs will be fined 10,000 yen.
