FAQPlease read the following before making an inquiry

  1. When will the expositions be held?

    The Nagoya exposition will be held over three days from Wednesday, July 21 to Friday, July 23, 2027. The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on all three days (21st, 22nd, and 23rd).
    ONLINE STAGE 2 will be held on Online Exposition Website from Wednesday, July 14 to Wednesday, August 4, 2027.
    * The above holding time may be subject to change.

  2. When is the deadline for exhibitor applications?

    The Nagoya exhibition runs from Thursday, October 22, 2026, to Friday, February 19, 2027.
    Applications for the Online exhibition are accepted on an ongoing basis.

  3. Please tell me how to enter the event.

    The start dates for Visitor Registration for 2027 are as follows.
    Yokohama Exhibition and Online Exhibition: Scheduled for early April 2027
    Nagoya Exhibition: Scheduled for early June 2027

    Once Visitor Registration opens, please complete your Pre-registration on this website.

    For Attendees:
    After completing your Pre-registration on this website, please open the “Admission Pass” via the URL attached to the email, print it in color on A4 paper, and bring it with you.
    On the day of the event, please place the “Admission Pass” inside the clear folder provided at the Venue so we can scan the QR code printed on it.
    For Exhibitors:

  4. Is there an admission or participation fee?

    Admission and participation are free. [*Visitor Registration is required.]

  5. Is it possible to register as a group through the online Pre-registration system?

    Please note that we do not accept group registrations.
    We ask that everyone register individually in advance.

  6. Is photography permitted at the venues?

    Unless otherwise stated, photography is permitted at the venues. However, it may be restricted in some areas.
    These areas will be clearly signposted. Visitors should follow these signs or ask the exhibitor for confirmation.
    Photographs and videos taken at the event may not be used for commercial purposes.
    (Except for news reports, articles, personal use, and publication in in-house PR magazines.)
